Refund Policy

This policy applies to commissioned research deliverables from Acaciahub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acaciahub"), including printed atlases, audit folios, festival briefs, and executive briefings. It does not cover third-party courier fees except where stated.

1. Deposits

A forty percent deposit confirms your research calendar slot and scope document. Deposits are refundable until we begin licensed data assembly for your commission—typically within five business days of deposit receipt unless a later start date is agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation by client

Before data assembly: full deposit refund within ten business days.
After data assembly begins: deposit applied to partial work performed; any remainder refunded minus third-party data fees already incurred.
After draft plates delivered: no refund of work completed; you may cancel remaining briefing or print production with written notice.

3. Rescheduling

Briefings may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least three business days before the scheduled session. Late rescheduling or no-shows for on-site briefings forfeit the travel portion of the agreed fee; the briefing itself may be moved to video within thirty days.

4. Full and partial refunds after delivery

If a final atlas or folio contains a material factual error attributable to our research team (mislabeled corridor, incorrect season index, or arithmetic mistake on a chart plate), we will correct and reprint at no charge or offer a partial refund proportional to the affected section if correction is not feasible within your decision window.

Differences of interpretive emphasis, thin data in segments we flagged during draft review, or changes in your business strategy after delivery are not grounds for refund.

5. Non-refundable items

Third-party licensed data purchases made specifically for your scope.
Completed on-site travel days where our analyst attended as scheduled.
Archival printing, binding, and international courier costs once production begins.
Rush scheduling surcharges when the commission proceeded on an accelerated timeline you requested.

6. Work already started

Research hours logged against your commission are non-refundable once performed. We maintain time records by engagement phase: scope, data assembly, drafting, review, production, briefing.

7. Purchased materials

Specialty paper stocks, custom binding, or oversized wall charts ordered for your project are non-refundable once the supplier accepts the order.

8. No-shows

Failure to attend a scheduled scope call twice without notice may result in release of your reserved calendar slot. Deposits remain credited toward a rescheduled engagement for sixty days.

9. Refund process and timing

Submit refund requests to info@page-acaciahub.click with your estimate reference and reason. Approved refunds return to the original bank transfer account within fourteen business days. Partial refunds are itemized in writing.

10. Cancellation by Acaciahub

If we cannot obtain necessary licensed data for your scope, we will notify you promptly, offer a revised scope, or refund amounts paid for undelivered phases.

11. Exceptions

Force majeure events (natural disasters, port closures affecting source data, or government restrictions) may delay delivery without penalty. Persistent delays exceeding thirty days entitle you to a refund of fees for undelivered work upon written request.
