About

A Yeosu research office devoted to how travellers book southern Korea

We publish atlases and audit folios for hospitality leaders who read demand the way cartographers read tide tables.

Registered business

Acaciahub Analytics Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 at our current address on Yeosu-ro 6-gil. Founder Park Eunseo previously spent eight years in revenue planning for a Jeollanam-do hotel group before opening a dedicated travel market research practice.

Early commissions came from guesthouse collectives pooling funds for shared corridor maps. By 2021 we added printed quarterly atlases with archival binding, and by 2023 cruise-call briefings for waterfront restaurants joined the roster.

Today four analysts and two print production staff work from the Yeosu office, with executive briefings delivered on-site across Jeollanam-do or by secure video.

Working approach

Every plate in our atlases passes three checks: statistical consistency against licensed sources, anonymization review, and a plain-language caption written for general managers rather than econometricians. We annotate anomalies—sudden lead-time compression, ferry cancellations, school-calendar overlaps—rather than smoothing them away.

We do not sell access to live reservation feeds. Clients receive finished documents and attend a briefing where they may ask follow-up questions for thirty days after delivery.

Values we keep visible on every commission

  • Source transparency — Each atlas lists data vintages and known gaps.
  • Anonymized aggregation — Guest-level records never leave partner systems.
  • Print-first clarity — Charts are sized for boardroom tables, not phone scrolls.
  • Regional rootedness — We live in the catchment we measure.
